Futsal Tournament

Terms & Conditions

1. The tournament is open to all Malaysians & non-Malaysians.
2. The tournament will be held on 17 – 18 May 2008 (Saturday and Sunday) at Cyberjaya Lake Garden Community Club
3. The Preliminary Round will be held on Saturday, 17 May 2008 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and the Final Round will be held on Sunday, 18 May 2008 from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
4. The registration is limited to 48 teams only (32 male teams & 16 female teams) on first come first served basis.
5. The registration is FREE.
6. All completed entry form must reach us by 16 May 2008
7. If any teams fail to show up on the event day, the organizer has the right to replace a team that withdraws with any team deemed fit to continue with the tournament.
8. The organizer or any parties involved in the tournament shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by teams, participants or individuals and for any injuries or deaths occurred during or after the tournament.
9. The organizer has the full right to change the duration, schedule, venue, etc. without prior notice to participating teams.
